Working Hours
8 hours of work per day with one weekly paid holiday.
Overtime Payment
When work extends to around 10 hours per day, overtime is paid.
Maternity Leave
70% of our workers are female and receive maternity leave when applicable.
No Child Labour
No workers below the age of 18 are allowed; child labour is not permitted in our factory.
Childcare Facility
A childcare facility is provided so female workers with babies can bring them to the workplace.
Purified Drinking Water
Purified drinking water is provided for all workers during working hours.
Timely Wages & Festival Bonus
Wages and overtime are paid on time, with festival bonus paid as per Bangladesh labour law.
