Quality Assurance

Quality checked from knitting through to shipment

Our quality control team checks and collects the daily production report from the factory and, based on this, monitors delivery possibilities — taking necessary action in advance if a delay risk is identified.

  1. 1

    Knitting Tension Checking

For bulk production, knitting tension is checked against the approved sample tension before knitting continues.

  2. 2

    Lab-Dip Checking

From the lab-dip stage, colour fastness and colour accuracy are checked. Only once approved does the quality team permit dyeing of fabric/yarn for sampling.

  3. 3

    Colour Accuracy Verification

Once sample yarn/fabric comes out, the colour is checked again against the buyer-approved lab-dip.

  4. 4

    Bulk Dyeing & Lot Comparison

Bulk fabric/yarn dyeing is permitted after approval, with every lot checked and compared against the reference lot.

  5. 5

    Buyer-Approved Sample Reference

After buyer approval, one piece is kept on hand to follow the whole production run through to shipment as per the approved sample.

  6. 6

    Production Monitoring

The quality control team collects and checks the daily production report from the factory floor.

  7. 7

    Delivery Monitoring

Delivery possibilities are checked against buyer requirements; if a delay risk is identified, necessary action is taken in advance to avoid late delivery.

  8. 8

    Final Production Follow-Up

Linking, washing, labeling, ironing, packing and assortment for master cartons are completed as per buyer requirement.
