Production Process

How we work

Fabric to shipment, step by step

Every order follows the same structured workflow, with quality checks built in at each stage rather than only at the end.

  1. 1

    Fabric / Yarn

    Knit fabric and yarn sourced and staged for production.

  2. 2

    Knitting

    Knitting tension checked against the approved sample tension before bulk knitting begins.

  3. 3

    Dyeing

    Lab-dips are checked for colour fastness and colour accuracy; dyeing proceeds only after quality-team approval.

  4. 4

    Lab Dip Approval

    Sample yarn/fabric is produced in the sample cabinet and checked again against the buyer-approved lab-dip before bulk dyeing.

  5. 5

    Fabric Inspection

    Every dyed lot is inspected and compared against the reference lot for consistency.

  6. 6

    Cutting

    Fabric is spread and cut to pattern under the cutting in-charge's supervision.

  7. 7

    Sewing

    Garments are assembled on the sewing floor by trained machine operators.

  8. 8

    Quality Control

    Production is monitored continuously, with a daily production report reviewed against delivery timelines.

  9. 9

    Finishing

    Linking, washing and labeling are completed as per buyer requirement.

  10. 10

    Ironing

    Garments are pressed and prepared for packing.

  11. 11

    Packing

    Finished garments are packed and assorted into master cartons as per buyer requirement.

  12. 12

    Shipment

    One reference piece is retained to follow the whole production run through to shipment against the approved sample.
